
A lot of detailed work goes into producing an effective eNewsletter. No one knows this better than Kimberly Way, the cheerful personality and detail fanatic behind every aspect of Proven Systems’ eNewsletter production. As Production Director, Kimberly serves as the main point of contact for each client and as a liaison between the client and the Proven Systems staff. She’s constantly managing the production team’s workflow and ensuring deadlines are met and client requests are implemented. With Kimberly as “the face” of Proven Systems, the eNewsletter process – from design to content creation to the final send – is seamless for every client.
Kimberly’s talent for communication, organization and client relations isn’t by chance. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Northern Colorado. Kimberly went on to manage a large formalwear retailer in Greeley, Colo., where she learned the art of providing excellent customer service, supervising co-workers, organizing events, creating promotions and managing time-sensitive schedules and ‘to-do’ lists.
Kimberly joined the Proven Systems’ team in 2007 as a production assistant. Within months of learning Proven Systems’ processes and clients, Kimberly was promoted to Production Team Leader. It is a role she has masterfully defined via her personalized approach to client service and her uncompromising attention to details and deadlines.
Even in her down time, Kimberly thrives on “anything with a schedule” such as cardio dance and kickboxing classes. She also loves being outside – in the mountains or by the pool, playing tennis, rollerblading and barbecuing with friends and family. Kimberly is a native of Sterling in eastern Colorado.
